The Citizen revolves around a Lebanese man who wins the Green Card lottery of the United States of America and goes to the U.S.A to live his dream of being an American citizen. Things start to go wrong because after one day from his arrival, the events of September 11th takes place which turns his life to hell as he gets harassed by the people and the investigators. The movie stars Khaled El Nabawy and Bill Atherton.
